ROOT & THE HEARTH HOMES

Real Estate with Integrity, Intelligence & Heart

I am offering a $750 closing credit on all transactions that close by April 30, 2026. For buyers, this credit may be applied toward a radon mitigation system—something I strongly advocate for in Colorado—or toward closing costs. For sellers, a $750 credit will be applied at closing. This offering reflects my commitment to healthier homes and supporting clients through the buying and selling process with care and integrity.

A home is more than a structure. It’s your root and your hearth.

I guide people through buying and selling real estate with intelligence, care, and deep respect for place.

ABOUT SHADI

I’m Shadi Bee—chef, ethnomycologist, regenerative farmer, and now licensed real estate agent.
I’ve completed more than 18 real estate transactions of my own, including flips, farm properties, remodels, and land deals. I’m not here to sell you a house—I’m here to advocate for you.

My background includes:

  • 15 years as a private chef and culinary entrepreneur

  • Former hemp and regenerative farmer in unincorporated Boulder County

  • Founder of multiple mission-driven companies

  • M.A. in Cultural Anthropology with a focus on sustainability

  • A deep belief that real estate can be a tool for empowerment, security, and generational stability

I’m not your typical agent. I’m the person you call when you want strategy, discernment, intelligence, and someone who actually understands land, water, county regs, remodel costs, and how to build a thriving home life.

My Unique Niches

This is where I’m different.

1. Unincorporated Boulder County Specialist

I’ve lived, farmed, and owned 1-acre, 2-acre, and 30-acre properties in unincorporated Boulder County.
I offer real-world expertise in:

  • Water rights

  • Easements

  • Wells

  • Septic

  • Mineral rights

  • Agricultural zoning

  • County processes, exemptions & approvals

  • Regenerative farming setups

  • Homesteading infrastructure

If you want to buy or sell land in Boulder County, you want someone who has actually done it—not just someone who has read about it.

2. Remodels & Transformations

I’ve flipped multiple homes, overseen full remodels, and know construction, budgeting, and project flow intimately.

Notable Projects:

  • 1-acre property → full remodel + hemp farm buildout

  • 30-acre 1865 historic farmhouse → complete revitalization + 5-acre hemp cultivation

  • 2-acre modern remodel

  • North Highlands Denver → stunning transformation of an older home

I know what repairs actually cost, what upgrades will actually increase value, and how to help buyers and sellers make strategic, confident decisions.

PLACES I KNOW & LOVE

SUMMIT COUNTY, COLORADO

Summit & Park County Mountain Homes

Summit County is home for me. I work throughout Silverthorne, Frisco, Dillon, Keystone, and Breckenridge, and I genuinely understand what it means to live in these mountain towns—not just buy property here. I’ve been living in Breckenridge for the past two years and working in the area for many years before that as a private chef, serving locals, second-home owners, and visitors alike. That work gave me a deep, on-the-ground understanding of how people actually live in these homes and communities.

I’m equally drawn to Park County—especially Alma and the Valley of the Sun. AlmaFest is a blast, the landscapes are stunning, and the energy up there feels both expansive and grounded. Whether you’re looking for a full-time mountain lifestyle, a second home, or a place to land and build something meaningful, I love helping people find properties that truly fit how they want to live.

Mountain living is a lifestyle, and knowing the rhythm of these towns makes all the difference. I’m here to help you step into it with clarity, confidence, and ease.

VETTED REFERRALS & TRUSTED CONNECTIONS

I create and maintain trusted relationships with real estate professionals and service providers beyond Colorado, and I’m thoughtful about who I recommend. Referrals are never casual—they’re based on integrity, alignment, and proven experience. I actively vet and cultivate connections in other regions so my clients don’t have to navigate that process alone. When you’re looking outside Colorado, I can place you in capable, values-aligned hands and offer a curated list of trusted referrals, while always remaining available as a sounding board and advocate.

I value building meaningful relationships with real estate agents in other regions who work with care and integrity. I often have clients interested in relocating to different places, and I’m always open to cultivating aligned referral partnerships. I’m happy to travel to connect, collaborate, and build relationships rooted in trust and shared values. If this resonates, I’d love to connect—please reach out.
